T’ai Chi has been helping to keep people healthy for thousands of years, improving posture, balance, breathing, co-ordination and relaxation.
T'ai Chi Skipton's Julie Jones explains: "It is a very gentle way to become healthier, happier, relaxed, and less stressed. It requires no equipment, just loose clothing and a pair of soft soled shoes. You can practice it at home, in the garden, on the beach - once you understand the fundamentals.
The moves are slow and graceful, making body movements more efficient, enhancing natural breathing and heart health, and helps you attain peace of mind. In short - it will enrich your life."

Saturday April 27th will be World T'ai Chi Day 2024. You can come along to join in the demonstration in the Canal Basin, Skipton from 2pm. Just turn up at the Basin with your family and friends to show them what T'ai Chi is about.
