Excellence recognised at Skipton Business Awards

Business people from all over Skipton came together at the 2023 Skipton Business Awards in the Town Hall

The recently refurbished Skipton Town Hall, which was one of the award winners at the event, played host to the Skipton Business Awards, organised by Skipton BID.

Following a champagne reception with canapes, guests and nominees enjoyed a delicious meal ahead of the main event.

There were eleven categories in the event compared by the master of ceremonies, Duncan Lewis MA.  The winners were as follows:

Independent Business Award - The Art Shop

Retailer Awards - Discount Sports

Professional Service Award - The Mortgage Home

Heath and Well-being Award - Sarah Rennison Physiotherapy

Hair and Beauty Award - Melvin & Co

Food and Drink Award - Le Caveau

Live Entertainment Award - The Mess Room

Tourism Award - Skipton Town Hall, with special commendation also to The Bailey

Unsung Hero Award - Dean Majors
