A load of cauliflower fleurettes has overturned on the roundabout at the junction of the A1 and A66
Beware - puns intended...
North Yorkshire Police have reported on social media "Cauli Gosh. There's been a road traffic caulision. Let's hope it's a one off and not the first of five today.."
The accident happened at 05.20 this morning on Scotch Corner roundabout when an artic loaded with cauliflowers overturned.
Main thing is the drivers fine and there is minimum congestion. However bear it in mind, there maybe hold ups when it is recovered.
One lane has been closed.
The road surface is fine as nothing leeked from the truck.
And sorry for the cheesy jokes..
