A Cracking Time with Easter Events in Skipton

This Easter, Skipton is buzzing with free family-friendly events!

Skipton BID is delighted to announce a free Giant Easter Egg Hunt running from Saturday 5^th to Monday 21^st April. Each completed trail form has the chance to win a fabulous Easter hamper filled with treats kindly donated by local businesses. The Giant Easter Egg Hunt invites families to explore the town in search of giant, decorated Easter eggs hidden in secret locations around Skipton. Collect the clues to complete the trail and submit your trail sheet to enter the prize draw. Trail sheets will be available from Craven Court Shopping Centre and Skipton Town Hall.

In collaboration with Creative Peeps, Skipton BID will also host free Easter Crafting sessions held at The Swadford Café on Thursday 10^th April and Thursday 17^th April, with two sessions each day: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM. Activities include designing a giant egg, painting a rabbit, and decorating wooden egg cups. Booking is essential, email info@skiptonbid.com to secure your place.

Skipton Town Hall Art Club is hosting a workshop making Mono Printed Spring Posters at Skipton Town Hall on Monday 14^th April, with two sessions 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Tickets are £7.50 and available on the Town Hall’s website.

The Craven Museum is running two Easter-themed Make & Take crafting sessions on Wednesday 16^th April at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. These sessions are free and operate on a drop-in basis.

The Saturday of Easter weekend, Skipton Town Council is to host an Easter Event in the Canal Basin running from 10:00 AM until 3:30 PM, featuring a petting zoo, circus skills workshop, beeswax candle making and more.
