Langcliffe Singers at Christmas - a ceremony of carols

Britten’s Ceremony of Carols will be accompanied by guest harpist Maxine Molin, who will be playing a medley of carols as a solo item as well. The programme will also feature choruses from Messiah, arrangements of carols by the choir’s Musical Director Darren Everhart, Spellbound, a beautiful setting of an Emily Bronte poem by Vahan Solarian, and Rutter’s Nativity Carol. There are opportunities for audience participation in popular carols and the Hallelujah chorus. The choir will be accompanied by Brian Heaton and Darren Everhart.

There are some fabulous Christmas hampers to be won in the raffle, and Christmas punch and mince pies will be served in the interval.

The nearest car park is across the road from the church at Whitefriars. There is step-free access from the road to the church and bathroom facilities on the ground floor.
