Kilnsey Show 2025

The Yorkshire Dales’ premier agricultural show on August 26th 2025.

As the Yorkshire Dales’ premier agricultural show, Kilnsey Show has been marking the end of summer in the Dales since 1897. Set in the picturesque village of Kilnsey under the shadow of the spectacular Crag, enjoy a diverse selection of trade stands, demonstrations and amusements on the show field, there really is something for the whole family to enjoy!

Kilnsey Show & Sports is the home to fabulous showcase of keenly contested livestock competitions, equine events, sheepdog trials, as well as  a fabulous display of baking, handicrafts, horticulture, and not forgetting the famous Crag race!



The show really is a showcase of country life, farming, and traditions which have stood the test of time, alongside a taste of local cuisine and retail, the exciting annual show offers an enjoyable day out for all the family.

You can also enjoy an exciting selection of demonstrations and entertaining displays, which include Sheep Shearing, Angling, Birds of Prey, Longton Sheepdogs and the excellent Speed Shear.

Children can enjoy a range of fun activities in the kid's tent, including petting a lovely selection of smaller animals.

North Yorkshire Police, North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue, and the Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association will be in attendance, to answer any questions you may have about the services and provide informative and compelling demonstrations.
